It has a lot of inputs and in addition a lot of high quality effects, which is not a common feature in software mixers. It does very good with 32 bit recording. It is not compatible with all mixing software. When using the vMix software you have to set the input to stereo instead of 5.1. Other software support 6.1, 7.1 and Dolby Atmos.
